Platform roadmap Coming Q4 2026

A deal-closing incentive, designed to cost you nothing.

Roadside Assistance is a planned Dealer Suite 360 capability designed to give every dealer plan a basic, dealer-branded roadside benefit — towing coordination, dispatch, and client communication within a local radius. The idea: offer it to every client at the point of sale as a complimentary benefit, let the platform manage the dispatch, and your dealership gets the credit. It is on the roadmap, coming as the platform expands — warranty claims recovery leads today.

The sales advantage

The easiest close incentive you will ever offer

Most F&I products require a pitch, an explanation, and a price conversation. A basic roadside benefit is designed to require one sentence: “Your unit comes with complimentary roadside assistance — if you ever need help on the road, we have you covered.” It is built to cost you nothing, remove a buyer objection, and give your client a reason to answer your call the next time you reach out.

This is designed as a benefit you give, not a product you sell. The plan is for Dealer Suite 360 to manage the dispatch, the towing coordination, and the client communication so your dealership stays the hero. It is on the roadmap, not live today.

“The client does not remember the dealership that sold them the RV. They remember the dealership that showed up when they needed help.”

Planned inclusion

What basic roadside is planned to cover

Basic roadside is designed as a complimentary benefit — not a product for resale. The plan is to cover your client within a local radius of your dealership, activated at the time of sale through the dealer portal. It is on the roadmap, not live today.

Towing coordination

The platform is designed to dispatch a tow to the client’s location within the coverage radius.

Client communication

Built to manage the client interaction — ETA updates, driver details, and status tracking.

Local coverage radius

A coverage zone centered on your dealership location, sized to cover most local client travel.

Dealer portal activation

The plan is for your team to activate coverage for each client at the time of sale — one step in the portal.

Did You Know?

When a unit breaks down far from home, the dealership that answers becomes the one the client trusts — which is why a complimentary roadside benefit offered at the point of sale is one of the clearest ways to earn repeat business and the next unit purchase. The cost of offering it is meant to be near-zero. The cost of not offering it is the client who buys their next unit somewhere else. It is exactly the kind of relationship-builder this planned capability is being designed to deliver.

Two tiers of roadside protection

Basic is designed as a free benefit you offer. Titanium is planned as a premium product you sell. Different purpose, different revenue model — both intended to be managed inside Dealer Suite 360.

Is roadside assistance available today?

Not yet. Roadside Assistance is a planned Dealer Suite 360 capability on the roadmap for 2026 — the dealer-branded basic benefit, the dispatch and communication workflow, and the resellable Titanium tier. It is not live today; warranty claims recovery is what leads now. When the module ships, it is designed to appear in your dealer portal.

Will I be able to resell the basic tier to clients?

No. Basic roadside is designed as a complimentary benefit only — it is not intended to be charged to the client. If you want to sell roadside protection as an F&I product, the planned Titanium Roadside & Travel tier is the resellable option.

How is activation planned to work?

The plan is for activation to happen in the DS360 dealer portal at the time of sale: your team links the roadside benefit to the client’s VIN in one step during delivery, and the client receives confirmation automatically. This is roadmap functionality, not live today.

What about clients outside the local radius?

Basic roadside is designed to cover a local radius around your dealership. Clients travelling beyond that zone would need the planned Titanium Roadside & Travel tier for extended coverage — which also makes a natural upsell at the point of sale: offer basic free, then present Titanium for full-trip coverage.

What is the difference between basic and Titanium?

Basic is designed as a free benefit — local radius, towing coordination, complimentary. Titanium is planned as a premium product — extended coverage, trip interruption, emergency lodging and meals, vehicle return, and co-branded with your dealership. Basic is a gift you give; Titanium is a revenue-generating F&I product your dealership sells. Both are on the roadmap, not live today.
