End to end, so nothing slips
We own the workflow your DMS was never built to handle.
Inspect & build
We inspect the unit and build the claim: the right FRC lines, labor hours, parts, and close-up + context photos per line — the documentation that survives manufacturer review.
File & fight
We file on the manufacturer portal, log the claim and pre-auth numbers, and fight every line — appealing denials, answering info requests, and converting partial approvals to full.
Track & reconcile
We chase approvals to payment, track parts, and match invoices to the correct claim lines — then hand you clean, paid-out numbers.
The five claim types we handle
DAF
Dealer Authorization Form inspections when a unit first arrives — caught early, documented right.
PDI
Pre-Delivery Inspection issues surfaced and claimed before the customer ever takes delivery.
Warranty
Customer-reported issues inside the manufacturer warranty period, filed and defended per line.
Extended Warranty
Post-manufacturer coverage claims managed against the right provider and plan terms.
Insurance
Collision, weather, theft, and liability claims documented to the standard adjusters expect.
Why denials happen — and how we stop them
Most warranty denials are not about whether the work was covered. They are about how the claim was built: a mismatched FRC code, a thin description, a missing per-line photo, a labor figure the manufacturer won’t accept at face value.
Because each manufacturer runs its own FRC system and its own rules, a claim that would pass for Jayco can fail for Keystone. We build to each manufacturer’s standard and appeal the denials that a busy service desk writes off.
- Manufacturer-specific FRC accuracy — Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Columbia NW, Keystone, Midwest Auto and more
- Per-line photo documentation that holds up on review
- Appeals and info-request responses handled for you
- Partial approvals pushed toward full recovery
You approve the approach. We execute it. Every claim is visible in your portal in real time.
Claims recovery questions
Do you submit the claims for us?
Yes. The actual claims are filed on the manufacturer portals — we do that for you, log the claim and pre-authorization numbers the manufacturer assigns, and track each line to a decision.
What does it cost?
A percentage of what we recover. No retainers, no per-seat software fees. If a claim recovers nothing, you owe nothing on it.
Can our staff still see everything?
Yes — every claim, every FRC line, every status and photo is visible in your dealer portal, and your customers can see their own claim status in the customer portal.
Does this replace our DMS?
No. We run alongside your DMS and handle the claims workflow it doesn’t — building, filing, fighting, and reconciling claims to payment.
What happens when a claim is denied?
We appeal it. A denial is usually a fixable problem — a wrong FRC code, a missing photo, a thin description — so our team reworks the line, resubmits, and pushes partial approvals to full payment.
Which manufacturers do you handle claims for?
All the major RV manufacturers — Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Columbia NW, Keystone, and Midwest Auto — across every RV type, each on its own manufacturer portal and FRC system.
Do you handle DAF and PDI claims too, or just warranty?
All of them — DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty, and insurance. Getting DAF and PDI right up front is what protects the warranty claims that follow.
How fast can we start seeing recovered money?
Onboarding is measured in days, not months — we plug into how you already work. Once claims are flowing, you see each one’s live status and recovery in your portal.
