Warranty claims recovery — the foundation

The platform behind the service

Every service runs on one dealership platform

Behind the managed claims service runs a real RV dealership platform, organized around the VIN. Inspections, inventory, parts, and branded portals all share the same records — and the platform complements your DMS instead of replacing it. We would rather under-promise: new modules join this same platform as they ship.

Explore the platform
  • Organized around the VIN

Every unit is tracked by VIN, so inspections, claims, parts, and customer visibility all connect on one record.

  • Complements your DMS

Keep the system that runs your floor. We handle the claims and inspection layer it was never built for — nothing gets ripped out.

  • Branded portals

Owners, staff, and customers each get a portal. The customer portal runs white-label under your dealership brand.

Services are just the start

The platform is not only the tools your dealership uses — it is also the products you sell to your customers and the programs you administer. More come online around claims recovery.

FAQ

Questions about the services

Everything you need to know about what Dealer Suite 360 does for your dealership.

Still have questions?
Do I need to use every service?

No. Claims recovery is module one and stands on its own — start there and let the rest of the platform come online around it as new modules ship. Nothing is bundled or required.

What's live today versus coming?

Live today: managed warranty claims recovery, the dealership platform (PDI & DAF inspections, VIN inventory, parts tracking), and warranty-program administration. Coming as the platform expands: on-site service, roadside, F&I products, and marketing. We would rather under-promise — when a module is ready, it shows up in your portal.

How is this different from a DMS?

It complements your DMS rather than replacing it. Your DMS keeps running sales, service scheduling, and accounting; we own the claims and inspection layer it was never built for, organized around the VIN. Nothing gets ripped out.

What is the difference between services and products?

Services are the operational tools your dealership uses to run its business — claims recovery, parts tracking, inspections. Products are what you sell to your customers — extended warranty, GAP, protection plans — issued through the platform and claimed on the same back end. Products are on the roadmap.

Can I try it before committing?

Start with a free claims audit. We review a sample of your recent and expiring claims and show you exactly what recovery looks like for your dealership — no commitment, and you pay only a percentage of what we recover.
