F&I Products — On the platform roadmap

We'll build the products.
You'll close the sale. We'll handle everything else.

Claims recovery is what we do today — building, filing, and fighting your warranty claims to payment. F&I is the next module under the same roof: a complete suite of protection products that Dealer Suite 360 will build, issue, and manage, and your dealership will sell. You won’t create products, negotiate with underwriters, or process claims. When F&I comes online, your job will be one thing — present the products and close the sale — while we handle issuance, co-branding under your dealer name, certificates, claims, and fulfillment. Your client sees your brand. We do the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

Important distinction

We build the products.
Your dealership sells them.

When F&I comes online, Dealer Suite 360 will create, underwrite, and manage every product in the suite. Your dealership won’t build these products, won’t negotiate with insurance carriers, and won’t process claims. We handle all of that — from product design to claims fulfillment.

Your role will be straightforward: present the products to your client at the point of sale. When they say yes, we issue the product under your dealership branding, generate the certificate, and store everything in the platform. When the client files a claim — months or years later — we process it through the same A-Z workflow we use to recover warranty claims today. You earn the sale. We do the work.

“When F&I comes online, every unit that leaves your lot without a protection product is revenue your dealership earned the right to collect. Claims recovery captures what’s yours today — F&I is how you’ll grow it.”

The planned F&I suite

Six products. One platform. Your brand.

Each product below is a planned, revenue-generating F&I offering your dealership will sell to clients. Every product will be issued by Dealer Suite 360, co-branded with your dealership, and claims processed through the same platform that recovers your warranty money today.

Planned module

Extended Warranty

Coverage beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty. Protects major systems — drivetrain, electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs. Multiple coverage tiers. The highest-demand F&I product in the RV industry.

Planned module

GAP Insurance

Covers the difference between what insurance pays and what the client owes if the unit is totaled, stolen, or declared a total loss. Protects the client from owing thousands on a unit they no longer have.

Planned module

Appearance Protection

Interior and exterior surface coverage — paint, upholstery, carpet, vinyl, leather, fiberglass — against stains, fading, UV damage, and accidental damage. Preserves resale value.

Planned module

Tire & Wheel Protection

Covers repair or replacement from road hazards — blowouts, punctures, sidewall damage, bent or cracked wheels, and curb impact. RV tires are significantly more expensive than passenger-vehicle tires.

Planned module

Roadside & Travel Protection

Titanium-tier coverage — 160KM+ towing, roadside repair, trip interruption, emergency lodging and meals, vehicle return service. The premium upgrade from basic roadside.

Planned module

Specialty Protection

Coverage for the components unique to RVs that standard warranties ignore — generators, solar systems, slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and aftermarket accessories.

AI F&I Presenter will walk every credit-approved client through this entire product suite — automatically, by name, with personalized pricing. Launching beta Q4 2026.

Product pricing

Dealer cost per product

When F&I launches, your dealership will pay Dealer Suite 360 the wholesale cost, and you set the retail price to your client. The margin between wholesale and retail is your revenue to keep. Final pricing is confirmed at onboarding.

Prices shown are placeholders — real dealer wholesale costs are confirmed at onboarding. Your dealership sets the retail price; the difference is your margin. Volume-based incentives below can further increase your return per unit.

Dealer incentives

Sell more products per unit. Earn more back.

The plan: the more F&I products you attach to each unit sold, the higher your cashback reward — on top of your retail margin, as a bonus for bundling protection on every deal. Final rates confirmed at onboarding.

Tier 1
1–2 products per unit
X%cashback

Base tier. You earn your retail margin on every product sold plus a cashback percentage on your total F&I volume for the period.

Best value
Tier 2
3–4 products per unit
X%cashback

Mid tier. A higher cashback percentage kicks in when you consistently bundle 3 or more products per unit — the margin increases on your entire volume, not just the extra products.

Tier 3
5–6 products per unit
X%cashback

Maximum tier. Full suite attached to every unit. Highest cashback rate across your total volume, for dealers who present and close the complete lineup consistently.

Cashback is calculated on total F&I volume — not per product. When you hit a higher tier, the increased rate applies to your entire volume for that period, including the products that would have qualified at the lower tier. The incentive rewards consistency, not individual sales. Rates shown are placeholders confirmed at onboarding.

Your brand. Our platform.

Every product will carry your dealership name

These products won’t be sold under the Dealer Suite 360 brand. They’ll be co-branded with your dealership name, your logo, and your colors. When a client receives their Extended Warranty certificate, they see your dealership — not us. When they file a claim, the experience is branded to you. We stay invisible to the client.

Your logo on every certificate

Products issued with your dealership branding — not a third-party name.

Client portal branded to you

When clients check coverage or file claims, they see your brand in the white-label portal.

Built on the same engine

Every product claim flows through the same A-Z recovery workflow you already trust for warranty claims.

Did you know?

Dealers who sell protection products under their own brand — not an unfamiliar third-party name — tend to close more of them. The client bought their RV from you. They trust you. When F&I comes online, every product will carry your name, and the “yes” comes faster.

Close-rate lift figures will be published once the module is live. TODO(owner): validated statistic.

FAQ

F&I products
questions

What to know about the planned F&I module and selling protection products through your dealership.

Get started →
Is F&I available today?

Not yet. Claims recovery is live now and stands on its own. The F&I product suite is a planned module of the platform — it comes online as the platform expands. Nothing on this page is available for sale today, and there is no fake availability: it is our roadmap, presented honestly.

Who will issue the products?

Dealer Suite 360 will issue every product. Your dealership is the sales channel. The client sees your brand on the certificate, but DS360 is the issuer and manages all claims on the back end — the same way we manage warranty claims today.

How will I get paid on product sales?

Your dealership earns revenue on every product sold. The revenue model and margin structure are outlined when you onboard. DS360 handles product fulfillment and claims — your dealership retains the sales margin. Specific figures are confirmed at onboarding, not invented here.

Will I have to sell all six products?

No. You’ll be able to start with the products that make sense for your market and add more over time. Most dealers plan to start with Extended Warranty and GAP — the two highest-demand products — then expand.

What happens when a client files a claim?

The client submits a claim through the DS360 client portal or contacts your dealership. DS360 processes the claim through the same A-Z workflow used for warranty claims today — approval, parts, repair, payout. Your dealership tracks every claim in the dealer portal.

Can the AI F&I Presenter sell these products for me?

That’s the plan. When the AI F&I Presenter launches in beta Q4 2026, it will walk every credit-approved client through the entire product suite — by name, with personalized pricing based on their unit and financing. Accepted products sync directly to the DS360 portal.

Start with claims recovery. Grow into F&I.

Claims recovery is live today and pays for itself — you pay only a percentage of what we collect. F&I products come online as a platform module: under one roof, on your brand, claims handled by the same engine you already trust.
