Onboarding & go-live

Onboarding that plugs into how you already work.

Getting your dealership live is operator-assisted and measured in days, not months. We connect to your existing workflow and DMS, set up your portals, and stay with you through your first recovered claim.

How onboarding works

Onboarding is operator-assisted and measured in days, not months. Three phases take you from first call to your first recovered claim — at the pace of your dealership.

01

Account setup

Your account is created and your dealership verified by our operator team. Billing is set up on our percentage-of-recovery model — no retainers. We build your dealership profile (name, address, contacts, logo), confirm your manufacturer connections, and define staff access levels.

02

Platform configuration

Staff accounts are created with the right roles. We configure your branding and domain for an optional white-label customer portal, add your first unit to inventory by VIN, and walk your team through the claims workflow — your customer portal branded and configured under your dealership.

03

Go live

Your first claim is created and submitted to our operator team, who review it and confirm it meets manufacturer standards. Your customer portal invitation goes out to a real customer, your first billing is confirmed and reviewed together, and we schedule a follow-up check-in after your first claims cycle.

What you need to get started

A short list of things to have in place before onboarding begins. If you are missing something, our team will help you sort it out — none of it needs to slow you down.

  • Valid business registration in Canada or the US
  • An active RV dealership with manufacturer dealer agreements

  • A business email domain for your staff accounts
  • A signed services agreement — you pay a percentage of what we recover, no retainer

Onboarding questions

How long does onboarding take?

It is measured in days, not months. Onboarding is operator-assisted, so the pace depends on how quickly we can verify your dealership, confirm your manufacturer connections, and get your first claim in — but it plugs into how you already work, so there is little to learn.

Do I have to replace my DMS?

No. We run alongside whatever DMS already manages your floor and replace nothing. Onboarding connects our claims recovery workflow to your existing process — we handle the claims layer your DMS was never built for.

What does it cost to onboard?

There is no setup fee and no retainer. Billing is set up on our percentage-of-recovery model — you pay a percentage of the warranty money we actually recover for you, and nothing before that.

Who does the setup work?

Our operator team does. Onboarding is operator-assisted: we verify your account, configure your branding and portals, add your first unit, and review your first claim with you before you go live.
