Training & onboarding

Training that gets your whole team up to speed — fast.

Onboarding is operator-assisted and measured in days, not months. The training is real: a one-on-one onboarding call, a live platform walkthrough, and self-paced modules that take your team from first login to your first recovered claim.

How onboarding and training work

Onboarding is operator-assisted and measured in days, not months. Three phases take your team from first login to your first recovered claim — at the pace of your dealership.

01

Account setup

Your account is created and verified by our operator team, staff accounts are set up, and your dealership profile and branding are configured. Billing is set up on our percentage-of-recovery model — no plans to choose and no retainer.

02

Platform training

A one-on-one onboarding call with your account manager, a live walkthrough of every module, and hands-on claims-submission training with a sample claim. Your staff are trained together and your workflow is tailored to how your dealership already works.

03

Go live

Your first real claim is submitted through the platform, your first unit is added by VIN, and a customer portal invitation goes out to a real customer. We confirm billing is working correctly and schedule a follow-up check-in after your first claims cycle.

Training modules

Structured learning tracks for every role in your dealership — live training with your account manager, plus self-paced modules your team can revisit any time.

Claims processing fundamentals

Everything your service advisors and warranty administrators need to create, submit, and track warranty claims effectively. Covers all five claim types and each manufacturer’s specific requirements.

Customer portal management

How to invite customers to their portal, manage what they see of their claim statuses, and use the customer-facing tools to improve communication and cut down on phone calls.

Billing & financial management

For dealer owners and office managers. How to review invoices and statements under our percentage-of-recovery model and read your monthly revenue reports.

Advanced claims strategy

For dealers who want to go deeper: photo-documentation best practices, FRC code optimization, denial-pattern analysis, and working effectively with the operator team.

Platform walkthrough videos

Short video walkthroughs for each key platform feature. These are in production and become available to your team once your account is live — until then, your account manager walks you through everything directly.

Dealer certification program

Complete all four training modules and your first processed claims to earn Dealer Suite 360 Certified status. Certified dealers get more out of the platform:

  • Priority operator response times
  • A dedicated account manager
  • A certification badge for your dealership

The certification program is on our roadmap, targeted for Q2 2026. Book a free claims audit and we’ll get your team onboarded and trained now — certification follows as it launches.

Training questions

How long until my team is up to speed?

Onboarding is operator-assisted and measured in days, not months. Because the platform plugs into how you already work, there is little to learn before your first claim goes in.

Is the training real, or self-serve only?

The training is real. You get a one-on-one onboarding call and a live walkthrough with your account manager, plus self-paced modules your staff can revisit any time.

Are the walkthrough videos available yet?

The video walkthroughs are in production. They become available to your team once your account is live; until then, your account manager walks you through everything directly.

Do I need to be certified to use the platform?

No. Certification is an optional program on our roadmap (targeted Q2 2026). You can onboard, train, and process claims fully without it.
