Revenue that happens beyond your shop floor
Most RV dealers only bill for work performed inside their service bay. But your clients are everywhere — on the road, at campgrounds, at storage lots, in their driveways. When something breaks, they either call you and wait, or they call someone else. On-Site Repairs is designed to give you the ability to go to them.
This is not warranty work being done off-site. It is a net-new, client-paid service offering built to generate revenue from labor and parts on every call — work your dealership would otherwise never see. It is on the roadmap as the platform expands, not live today, and claims recovery leads now.
From client call to completed repair
Four steps. Photo-first diagnosis is designed so your team arrives prepared.
Client submits request
The client contacts your dealership or submits a service request through the DS360 client portal with photos of the issue and their location.
Photo diagnosis
Your team reviews the photos, identifies the issue, determines what parts and tools are needed, and stages them on the truck before dispatch.
Mobile dispatch
Your technician arrives with the right parts already loaded — no wasted trip, no return visit. The repair starts on arrival.
Repair & invoice
Work is completed on-site. Labor hours and parts are tracked in DS360, and the invoice is generated automatically — ready for client payment.
“When your client’s RV breaks down at a campsite, the dealership that sends a truck is the dealership that earns a client for life.”
Where On-Site Repairs creates revenue
Four real scenarios where mobile service calls turn into billable work your shop would never see otherwise.
Roadside emergency
Slide-out failure, water leak, or an electrical issue on the road. The client submits photos, your team diagnoses remotely, loads the right parts, and dispatches — the call is designed to be billable from the moment the truck rolls.
Campsite convenience
A client’s awning jams at the campground. Their water heater stops working mid-trip. Minor issues that ruin a vacation. You send a tech, they fix it on-site, the client stays happy — and you bill the call.
Storage lot service
A client’s unit is in winter storage. Roof seal needs replacing before the season. Battery maintenance. A pre-trip inspection. You send a tech to the storage lot — the client never has to move the unit.
Seasonal pre-trip inspections
Spring is coming and your client wants their unit checked before the first trip. You offer a mobile pre-trip inspection at their home. If issues are found, the repair happens on the spot or is scheduled at the shop.
One platform, one work order — The platform is designed to track mobile repair labor the same way it tracks shop labor — every on-site hour documented and synced to the invoice, alongside the parts, VIN, and claim records you already run under one roof.
Explore the platformPhoto-first dispatch changes everything
The biggest cost of a mobile service call is showing up unprepared — wrong parts, wrong tools, a return trip. The DS360 photo-first workflow is designed to eliminate this. The client submits photos through the portal before you dispatch; your team diagnoses remotely, stages the right parts, and sends the truck knowing exactly what they are walking into.
Remote photo diagnosis
Client photos submitted through the DS360 portal before dispatch.
Pre-staged parts
The right parts are on the truck before it leaves the lot.
Tracked in DS360
Every mobile call tracked, invoiced, and documented in the dealer portal.
Fewer return trips
First-visit resolution is designed to improve when the technician arrives prepared.
For a client, moving a 35-foot RV back to the dealership for a minor fix is a real barrier — which is why bringing the service to the customer, instead of asking them to haul the unit to you, is one of the clearest drivers of repeat business for maintenance, upgrades, and their next unit purchase. It is exactly the kind of convenience the mobile-service capability is being built to deliver.
Billable service calls from locations your shop could never reach.
Know the problem before the truck rolls — right parts, first visit.
Labor, parts, and invoicing documented alongside your claims and units.

On-Site Repairs questions
What to know about adding mobile service to your operation as the platform expands.
Get a free claims auditIs On-Site Repairs available today?
Not yet. On-Site Repairs is a planned Dealer Suite 360 capability — the client photo submission, dispatch tracking, and invoicing workflow — powered by the Service-Manager and Shop/On-Site-Tech portals that are in scope on the platform roadmap. It is not live today; claims recovery is what leads now. When the module ships, it appears in your portal.
Will I need a dedicated mobile service truck?
The design does not require a specific vehicle type. A service van, a pickup with a utility bed, or any vehicle that carries tools and parts is intended to work. The platform manages the workflow — what you drive is your choice. You provide the mobile unit and technician; DS360 provides the system to manage it.
Can I bill warranty work done on-site?
On-Site Repairs is designed primarily as a client-paid service offering. If the issue is covered under warranty, it would follow the standard DS360 claims workflow. The on-site service call itself — dispatch, travel, convenience — is typically billed to the client separately.
How is photo diagnosis meant to work?
The client submits photos of the issue through the DS360 client portal or mobile app — the damaged component, the location, the surrounding area. Your team reviews the photos, determines what parts and tools are needed, and dispatches prepared, so there is no surprise when the tech arrives.
Will mobile labor be tracked like shop labor?
That is the design intent: mobile repair labor tracked exactly like shop labor. Work orders are created, hours are logged, and everything syncs to the invoice — the same platform, a different location.
