Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Keystone, Columbia NW and Midwest Auto each have their own portal, their own submission rules, and their own FRC system — codes are not universal, and a code that is correct for one brand is wrong for another. A service desk juggling all six is really juggling six separate processes.
