The language of warranty claims, in plain terms
RV warranty claims come with their own vocabulary, and getting a term wrong can cost a line its approval. We have published a free glossary that defines the terms that show up in every claim — DAF and PDI inspections, FRC (Flat Rate Code) systems, pre-authorization, per-line photos, reason codes, and the appeal process — written for the service desk, not for lawyers.
The glossary reflects how claims actually work: reviewed line by line, each with its own FRC code and photo evidence, on a manufacturer portal that assigns the claim and pre-auth numbers. Understanding those mechanics is the difference between a claim that pays and one that bounces back.
It is free to read and share with your team — no account, no gate. Use it to onboard new service advisors, settle an internal debate about what a term means, or make sense of a denial reason code before you appeal it.

You cannot fix a denial you cannot read. The glossary makes the reason code make sense.
